Todd M Jacoby, CPA Joined Biwan & Biwan in January 2002, 12 years of experience. UW - Whitewater - Bachelor of Business Administration Works with individuals and businesses on taxes.   Cheryl Ross Joined Biwan & Biwan in October 2009. Works with businesses on payroll, quarterly reports, sales tax returns.   Jackie Moyer, CPA Jackie is a seasonal tax preparer.  Her responsibilities include tax preparation and planning for individual, businesses, and trusts.  Jackie graduated from UW Milwaukee with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a major in accounting and passed the Certified Public Accountants exam in 1996.
